Cherry Blossom Beaded Fringe Earrings by Leah Joan

These fringe earrings use a mixture of sized 11 Miyuki delica beads depicting a delicate cherry blossom branch against a matte, cream coloured background. These earrings use gold plated hooks and thread guards, and each earring measures approximately 3 inches (7.62 cm) long and 1 inch (2.54 cm) wide.

Leah Joan is a Red River Métis beadwork artist from Treaty One Territory and a new mother whose creative practice is rooted in culture, family, and the reclamation of ancestry.
